Dear Doctor Wong, Just thought I would provide some feedback on the service/treatment on the 29th July at 11am for my son Ishaan who had some bloods taken. The room was very clean and I could clearly see that they chairs had been wiped clean. I felt very “covid safe” while in your room and while in close proximity to you when taking the blood for my son. The way in which you took the bloods from son who is just over 17 months-you made both myself & my son feel very much at ease. You advised me of each stage of what you was going to do i.e. wiped his arm with the antibacterial wipe, then you said you will spray his arm to ease the “pain/scratch like feeling” in him and then took the bloods. My son did not even flinch one bit throughout the whole process, you clearly took an interest in him and his wellbeing and tired your best to mitigate any pain/sharp scratch feeling for him. After the samples were taken you did your “write ups” and then proceeded to tell me when I should expect the results and that I could contact my GP with in the next week or so. Overall, I would be very happy to be treated by you (Dr. Wong) again, very professional but also very caring of his patients. Yours Sincerely, Ms Bhugwan (Ishaan's mum)
